Jaguar has added the XF SE Business and XF Sport, both with the new 2.2 diesel engine, to the XF model range. Jaguar has chosen today to launch two new XF models – the Jaguar XF SE Business and Jaguar XF Sport – to coincide with the XF being declared ‘Executive Car of the Year’ by Business Car. Chrysler Nassau Concept: the lowdown
You're looking at Chrysler's new sampler for a shooting brake: the Nassau concept newly unveiled in Detroit. Design boss Trevor Creed heralded it as 'a new, more emotional Chrysler.' Although the same size as the mean-'n'-moody 300C saloon, the Nassau is designed to look smaller, with more delicate surface treatments, a subtler new eggcrate grille and a slimmer, more European hatchback rear end. The Nassau portrays more compact dimensions, despite rolling on huge 10-spoke, 22in alloy wheels.
Dodge is reviving a badge from the 1960s for its new Dart compact car - and it's based on Alfa Romeo underpinnings. The new 2012 Dodge Dart borrows the Alfa Romeo Giulietta architecture, available within the group now that Chrysler is part of the Fiat group. Dodge dubs its the new Compact US Wide (CUSW) platform, and we'll see this rolled out across the group.
